Quick start

Start oBot on BattleKnight in five minutes: install the script, press «Recommended settings», save and link Telegram.

What oBot for BattleKnight is

oBot for BattleKnight is an assistant that runs inside the game tab, thanks to the Tampermonkey extension. It sends your knight on a mission as soon as it is back in the village, sends it to work when mission points run out and collects the pay, trains the attributes and keeps a karma power always active. It waits for the game timers just like a player would.

First steps

  1. Install Tampermonkey and the script. Install the Tampermonkey extension in Chrome or Firefox, then open https://js.obot.it/battleknight/obot-battleknight.user.js and press Install. Details are in the Installation section.
  2. Enter your BattleKnight server. The oBot button appears on the page: open it. The first time, the bot creates your oBot account by itself, with no sign-up, with a 3-day premium trial.
  3. Press «Set up the bot» in Home (or open the Settings tab), then Recommended settings in the bar at the bottom: the form is filled with the recommended choices (see below).
  4. Check the choices group by group: karma side, minimum health, work and equipment, which spends silver. Then press Save: the bot starts within a few seconds.
  5. Link Telegram (recommended) to know on your phone when your knight levels up, when someone challenges you and how the day went: see the Telegram section.

Saving is always explicit

Changes in the panel apply only after you press Save. Recommended settings also fills the form without saving anything.

The panel

Home
The knight’s dashboard and the tile menu: at the top health and experience bars, silver, rubies and mission points; then one tile for each Settings group and for Charts, Log, Telegram and Premium, with a green dot when the feature is on; below Now (what the bot is doing and when it checks again), Today, Features, the yield per location and the King’s laws. It refreshes by itself; from any other page you come back here with ← Home.
Settings
All the options, split into five groups you pick at the top: Missions and work, Fights (duels, Challenge, target areas), Growth (training, equipment, karma power), Health and loot (loot chest and potions) and Alerts and login (attacks received, Telegram messages, automatic re-entry). Each box has a pill saying whether the feature is on, off or needs premium, and the last thing done. At the bottom a bar always in view with Recommended settings, Undo changes and Save.
Premium
Your premium status, the table of what is free and what is premium and the buttons to pay by card or PayPal: see the Premium section.
Telegram
The token to link Telegram and the check buttons: see the Telegram section.
Charts
Silver earned by source and spent by item, experience per day with the estimate of the next level, yield of each mission location, missions and fights won: over 7 or 30 days, with the table under each chart. The history is kept by your browser, and since 0.1.8 the day-by-day numbers are also sent to the oBot server every half hour, so we can see how the bot works and fix it. Free.
Charts
Log
Missions with outcome, silver and experience, duels and Challenges, duels received, loot chest and potions, equipment bought, worn and sold, work shifts and pay collected, training, karma powers, target areas and the evening summary. If silver drops without the bot spending it, the line with the amount says whether it was one of the bot’s own requests or happened between two of them, with the two times: an action of yours in the game, from another device or from another script; if a knight beat you in a duel, it says how much silver they stole, with the duel report. Page reloads are gathered in one line with the count of the last hour; the Tournament (level 8) and group missions (level 9) also appear when they open: the bot does not play them yet, you can do them yourself. At the top the filters: everything, one group at a time or errors only.
Status bar
Always visible at the bottom left: a dot says whether the bot works (green), waits (yellow), is stopped (grey) or has a problem (red), followed by what it is doing now, what it does next with a countdown and the last line of the log. When it does nothing it says why (another tab is the one working, no feature is on, premium expired). A click on the bar opens the Log; a click on the dot shrinks it to the dot alone.
Version and news
Click the version at the top of the panel to read the news: the version in use first, the previous ones can be folded, split into new things, improvements, fixes and removed things. STAGING appears next to the version when you use a trial version not yet published and PREMIUM when premium is on.
Mail
Free and on by default, in the Alerts and login group, Mail box. When the unread messages (the number next to Messages in the menu) reach the threshold (15 by default, you choose it in the box) the bot opens them, marks them read and writes a summary in the log: mission and duel reports are counted, not listed one by one. A message from a knight or from your Order gets its own line and, with the Telegram notification of attacks on, a notice. A message left unread for more than 6 hours is read even below the threshold. It never deletes anything. The option applies to this browser only.

Every page opens with three lines: What for, How to start and Good to know; once read, close them with Hide this explanation. Under each option it says what it does; premium options carry the Premium label. Changes you have not saved yet are not lost when the bot refreshes the panel.

Recommended settings

The Recommended settings button, in the bar at the bottom of the Settings tab, fills the form like this, without saving:

  • the options of the recommended profile for your knight (see Ready profiles below), with numbers adapted to it;
  • automatic mission location and automatic return on;
  • Telegram messages (level up, duels received, evening summary), if Telegram is already linked.

Ready profiles

At the top of the Settings page four profiles set every feature in one click. Before saving, the bot shows what changes and keeps your previous settings aside: restore them with Back to previous settings. The silver reserve is measured on the real price of one training; karma side, location and Telegram alerts stay yours. Never rubies.

  • Growth: missions, work, duels, Challenge and Tournament; silver goes into training and equipment, keeping one training in reserve.
  • Duelist: like Growth, but silver is spent right away (whoever beats you steals what you carry) and fights start with at least half health.
  • Missions and silver: missions and work (free), no training and no fights; equipment is bought above a reserve.
  • Careful: no duels, Challenge or Tournament, missions only with plenty of health, potions, attack alerts on Telegram and, on the good side, the karma power that makes you immune to attacks as soon as the points are enough.
Ready profiles

The profile marked recommended is picked by the bot from your knight: without premium Missions and silver, with low health or many fights lost in the last 7 days Careful, with many won Duelist, otherwise Growth. If the advice changes, Home tells you.

Bot language

The bot starts in the server language. In Settings → Alerts and login → Bot language you can pick another one (for example an English server with the bot in Italian): it applies to the panel, the log and Telegram messages. Today the bot speaks Italian and English; other languages use English.

Karma side and type of work stay as you chose them: you decide whether your knight follows the light or the darkness.

Premium applies to your BattleKnight oBot account (the other games have their own); packages and prices are the same for all oBot bots. Every new account has a 3-day trial with everything on. Details in the Premium section.

How it works

  • The bot works only with a game tab open, even in the background. With the browser closed, the PC asleep or the tab suspended by Chrome nothing happens: see the FAQ The bot stopped for hours.
  • With several tabs open only one works: the others wait, so the same mission never starts twice.
  • Requests go out one at a time, respecting the game’s waiting times.
  • Settings are stored on the oBot server, tied to your game account: they survive a reinstall or a different PC.
  • The panel is in Italian on Italian servers and in English on all the others.
  • Updates arrive by themselves through Tampermonkey; before running new code the bot checks its fingerprint.
